Summary0005410: kali rolling install in Mobile hard disk problem
Description

I installed kali linux to a mobile hard drive.(Mobile hard drive is USB conversion SATA HDD )
Hard disk partition is GPT boot mode UEFI ， Kali updated to the latest

system：kali rolling X64
device：acer V5 573G
mobiel HDD :TOSHIBA 5400 500G
USB to SATA :UGREEN us221

problem
Every time the system is shut down, the hard disk has an abnormal sound. It is like the sound of the WINDOWS system forced shutdown. That is, the hard disk is still running at high speed and suddenly powered off.
According to Ubantu similar problem solving method is invalid

问题
每次关机到最后即将整机断电时刻 硬盘并没有进入待机模式 而是一直在工作 最后电脑整机正常断电而 硬盘就是突然停电
这种声音类似windows 启动时刻按住电源键不放强制关机 硬盘磁头机械复位
Ubantu发行版也有过类似问题不过已经修复 按照类似解决办法 kali无效

Steps To Reproduce

1,Use USB to SATA mobile hard disk to fully install Kali GRUB installed in hard drive
2.Boot into UEFI mode
3,After the startup is complete, click Shutdown
4,The last moment after the shutdown is completed, the hard disk will be abnormally bad.

1移动硬盘盒是USB转SATA 完整安装kali GRUB 也被安装在移动硬盘
2从UEFI 模式开机启动 此时移动硬盘类似U盘启动 都是USB外接存在
3系统启动完毕后 正常点击关机 让系统关机
4关机执行到最后 马上整机断电最后时刻 硬盘还高速运转 然后随整机断电 突然断电

Additional Information

It is recommended that the system detect the USB mobile HDD. When the computer is turned off, the hard disk can enter the standby mode.
