Description

Hey . i m grateful to development of kali but its downgrading. Many useful software have been removed and at the same time W39 doesnt have updated software such as BurpSuite. Similarly try to add new software and dependencies but dont remove them. for simple software like f.lux i have to download dependencies. i hate it. Embed more software in kali such as httprint, fluxgui etc . these software have low size so iso size is not affected. Eg : i have to do apt install httprint for simple softwares. i dont want that. moreover owasp zap has also be removed. there is no free version of nessus. many softs are not there . plz update it .

We're not removing software without reasons. Lately we have been removing Python applications that have not been ported to Python 3 and where there is no longer any upstream developers that will do the work of updating to Python 3. Those can come back if someone takes over maintenance and do the required port to Python 3.

If you know of a package that is not up-to-date, please feel free to open a separate ticket in the "Tool upgrade" category (one application per ticket please).

If you want a new package/application, please file tickets in the "New tool request" category (again one application per ticket).
