Description

Hello everyone,
i recently upgraded to kali 2019.4 and i found issue while running gedit when i run gedit from terminal it gives me error everytime the error is:-
(org.gnome.gedit:6872): Gtk-WARNING **: 17:46:39.436: Calling org.xfce.Session.Manager.Inhibit failed: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownMethod: No such method “Inhibit”
i don't know how to fix it please solve this problem ASAP.

That is not an error, just a warning. When you run a GTK apps from terminal it is quite common it writes logs to the terminal. If everything works fine there is nothing to worry about, and if you want to silent them just run gedit 2> /dev/null
