Summary0005876: Invisible menus and terminal
Description

After a recent distro upgrade, All menus, terminals, and other system windows are completely invisible when presented against the desktop background. Opacity settings are set to zero and I can see the menus/terminals when in the foreground of another application such as the web browser.

When the screens at maximized to full screen, they are visible.
