Summary0006435: Can't turn on accessible installer in the newest Kali
Description

Hi, in the previous versions, all thinks were working fine, when the kali installer booted and made the beep sound i pressed s and then enter, and the installer started talking.
In the newest version when i even click on install with speech in boot menu or press s and enter, i get the normal graffical installer with out speech.
So i tried to install Kali rolling from week 23 and it was OK, but after installing i don't have any voic feedback after logging in and trying to start orca via command.

Steps To Reproduce

Just boot the Kali installer, i tried amd64 one, and click on install with speech or press s then enter.

Additional Information

If it can help, the pc i tested it on is IBM Lenovo T61 with intel core2duo t7500 and 4gb ram.
The previous version of kali was working very well on it.
