Additional information: Kali installed on microSD card (/boot mounted on vfat filesystem).

When attempting to upgrade kali-themes to version 2020.3.0, post-installation fails with the message below:

cp: cannot create symbolic link '/boot/grub/themes/kali/background.png': Operation not permitted
dpkg: error processing package kali-themes (--configure):
installed kali-themes package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Output of dpkg --list kali-themes:

Reproducible only on Raspberry Pi with Kali running on microSD card:

Yes, upgrade to kali-themes 2020.3.4.
