Summary	0006646: Armitage doesn't work after upgrading Kali - 2020.1a - 2020.2.a on VM Virtual Machine
Description	Armitage doens't work in a both version of Kali Linux ... after upgrading Kali , Armitge stop to work , precisly when you try to do "Attack" ... I know about a bug , if you change the range for example from "great" to "poor" if you do "Attack" > "Find Attack" it should work , but it doesn't ... If you do "Attack" > "Find Attack" it start but it crash always at the same point .. "Querying exploits .. linux/misc/saltstack_saltunauth... Tryed to --purge remove and reinstall , nothing to do .. The only option seem to install Kali and don't upgrade , install Armitage that isn't of default , and it in this way seem to work ... If you do , apt update && upgrading it stop to work!!! It's a problem because the only way to make it works , it's to dont upgrade ... Thank you so much!!

steev 2021-06-22 19:39 manager ~0014753	Unfortunately armitage is abandoned upstream. Fixes would really need to happen by someone picking up the project and updating it. Metasploit has had a lot of changes since the last change in Armitage (roughly 6 years ago.)
