Summary0000683: Inconsistent/buggy state in CHESS game
Description

I was trying out this chess game that came with the Kali distribution when I
found this buggy/inconsistent state described as follows-

As you can observe from the screenshot the program reports that Black wins.
However White King is NOT checked.
Moreover White King alone has the following allowed moves:
f4
d3

To add to the observations White cannot move further, as would happen in a state
of CHECKMATE. Again the state shows neither a checkmate or a stalemate but White
is DENIED movements.

Can you please have this issue resolved?

Steps To Reproduce

This was a random state and hence is hard to reproduce.

Additional Information

The issue was deleted without a satisfactory explanation.
Raising the issue once again for the benefit of the user community.
