Summary0007067: set LANG=en_US.UTF-8 , can't display Chinese normally
Description

I update && upgrade my kali linux a few days ago .And after that it can't print Chinese normally and it's just so confusing.

Steps To Reproduce

1.upgrade to the newest version,LANG=en_US.UTF-8;
2.open terminal emulator and some other desktop application using Qt ( I guess qt settings is the key)
3.Chinese can't print normally.
