Summary0007222: Kali AWS AMI is painfully slow using XRDP

Hi,
I installed the following in AWS. https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/p...-3i7zhze5fq7ci.

I followed these instructions https://www.kali.org/docs/general-use/xfce-with-rdp/.

Xrdp version is 0.9.12.

Codename: kali-rolling

Running on a t3.medium which is plenty. I hesitate to increase this, because a Windows 2019 server runs well on a t3.medium.

The desktop response time is very very slow over an RDP connection.

Using the Microsoft Remote Desktop client for Mac OS Catalina. Version 10.6.6 (1883)
