Description

Torrent tracker (tracker.kali.org) seems to be malfunctioning. It actively refuses connections on port 6969.

Steps To Reproduce

$ nc tracker.kali.org 6969 -v
nc: connectx to tracker.kali.org port 6969 (tcp) failed: Connection refused

Additional Information

Have tried from different ISPs, all with the same result.
