Sorry but, I'm not understanding - phoneinfoga isn't a package in Kali. You could open a request to have us package it, but we do not currently package it so there is nothing to update?

I apologize - I thought phoneinfoga was part of either the kali-tweaks "kali-linux-large" or "kali-linux-everything" metapackage, and/or a part of the OSINT information gathering/tool package. I don't recall ever downloading phoneinfoga manually before, but don't deny that it's possible that I could have.

Just as a side note - I checked my VM of Kali Linux (which is on a different machine than my dual booted Win11/Kali Linux (bare metal) installs, and my VM (which I had also enabled the "kali-linux-everything" metapackage), and phoneinfoga is a present tool on my VM. All my searches on the application come back to it being one of the top 10 OSINT Tools to have/use.

However, if you cannot find the phoneinfoga application within any of the Kali builds or metapackages - then I'd say don't worry about it. If I did manually install the application, then the update(s) are on me, and if it really is a part of Kali's build or metapackages somewhere, then someone else may/will make a post about this, or possibly the application will just get updated at some point in time.
