Summary	0008269: AMD GPUs with open source drivers are not usable with Hashcat
Description	As installed by default, hashcat doesn't even detect the GPU. Missing OpenCL/HIP libraries as dependencies? I couldn't get it to work.

steev 2023-04-30 17:56 reporter ~0017858	As far as I understand, that is correct, you need OpenCL which the open source drivers do not provide. This isn't an issue, it is expected behaviour.
