when im type
sudo apt update he told me
ailed to fetch https://dl.cloudsmith.io/public/balena/etcher/deb/kali/dists/kali-rolling/InRelease 402 Payment Required

and

The repository 'https://dl.cloudsmith.io/public/balena/etcher/deb/kali kali-rolling InRelease' is not signed.

please i need help very soon as possible
