Description

hdparm 9.42 fixed a bug which caused hex dumps of sector and IDENTITY DEVICE data to be garbled (printed using wrong byte order on little-endian machines)

We don't include hdparm in Kali and we aren't going to fork and upgrade it. If you require it, you can check the Debian packages and see if they have the newer version in testing or unstable:
