Summary	0008849: Touch screen not working properly
Description	I am using HP pavilion x360 14-dy0050TU. Touch screen of my device is not working properly in kali linux. I used kali linux 1 year ago and it was working fine. I recently installed latest version of kali linux few days ago. Now touch screen is not working properly. It is detecting touch but not working properly. Like I can open application available on desktop by clicking on them but I can not open applications from menu. I can open menu for wifi, bluetooth etc. from top but can not click on any button in it. When I try to type anywhere I am able to open on screen keyboard, but I am unable to type anything. The pop up which happens when we type is happening. But no characters are typed. I have attached a video for demonstration.

hevil 2024-08-06 08:08 reporter ~0019618	Additionally, I am using gnome enviornment. I tried using onboard and it works fine. Clicks and scrolls work fine in chrome browser but when I tried in spotify I am unable to scroll or click and even in the desktop GUI clicks and scrolls are not working properly. In spotify I noticed that it is hovering the buttons when I tap on touchscreen.
