Summary	0008964: Abnormal CPU and RAM consumption when trying to change desktop appearance at Desktop settings.
Description	When trying to change the desktop appearance immediately i click the Appearance option from Desktop settings dialog box, my system hangs recording CPU usage of 100% and ram usage of up to 90% (8gb RAM), with no other applications running. Ive just encountered the problem after upgrading to the newer version 2024.3....
