Sorry for the above i have also encountred it on github like the following so i do not know much detailed way like this
I do not know that it is a bug or what but sometime when i click on the logout button then the hibernate option is not showing and also when i leave some of the applications opened then the hibernate option is not showing and when i close all of the applications then it shows and this is my request that this bug have to be fixed else it is by other developers or the kali linux developers and also share this message as you can because it is a serious problem.

This report has been filed against an old version of Kali. We will be closing this ticket due to inactivity.
