I see that you hardcoded the OUI database in above_oui_dict.py. Did you know that you already have this data in Debian/Kali, in the package ieee-data?

You could just depend on this package, and then either find a python library to parse it, or parse it yourself. I'm just guessing, as i'm not familiar with this stuff at all.

I uploaded 2.8 to kali-dev. Thanks for your contribution!
