Hello!
As far as I can see, the package ax300-wifi-adapter-linux-driver is not provided by Kali, it's a third-party package that you downloaded from somewhere on the Internet. If if doesn't work, there' s nothing we can do.

Looking a bit more closely at your error, the line

/lib/modules/6.12.33+kali-amd64/build: No such file or directory.

seems to indicate that you didn't install the kernel headers. Try sudo apt install linux-headers-6.12.33+kali-amd64, and then try to reinstall the ax300-wifi-adapter-linux-driver package.

Please don't open a bug report again for that. Instead try to get some help from the community via https://forums.kali.org/ or https://discord.kali.org/.

Please note that third-party kernel drivers are prone to break at every kernel update. This is not a bug in Kali.
