Summary0009286: Instalation fails in 'Selection programs' because dependency management of aircrack
Description

Downloaded kali-linux-2025.2-installer-amd64.iso to install it in my notebook (keepin Windows) and save it to a usb.
Trying to install it in my old Latitude 3310. Boots ok, I choose the wifi conection (or ethernet conection), do the partitioning ok (I will use 2Gb for swap, and 50GB for root "/" partition).

When It enters the "Select programs" it shows default 'Xfce' and 'top 10' and 'default' option.
I dont change anything, press enter, and it shows an error with no info about the error.
I saw in virtual console (control + alt +f4) it says somehting about dependency package broken, something about aircrack-ng.

In other forums, I saw they sugest to skip the Software Selection, and go to Grub installation. But in that case, I got a kali without GUI. And it seems no network either (ifconfig not available, ping fails, no DNS solved), so no option to install packages manually.
