Summary	0009288: CherryTree insert HTML broken
Description	The currently shipped package for CherryTree with the version "1.2.0+dfsg-1+b1" is not working correctly. When copying HTML text from a website or a terminal, it is not formatted correctly when pasting into CherryTree. The previous version "1.2.0+dfsg-1" works perfectly fine.

kenny09 2025-09-10 06:43 reporter ~0020815	Alright thank you, i will see if i can open an issue there. I was a little bit confused about the package because neither the Kali Package Tracker nor the Debian Package Tracker lists the version "1.2.0+dfsg-1+b1".

So you should verify that you can reproduce those issues in Debian and then report them to Debian (or to the upstream project directly). See https://www.kali.org/docs/community/submitting-issues-kali-bug-tracker/ We don't have the manpower to investigate those issues ourselves.
