The current hackrf tools need to upgrade to the latest version,otherwise it will facing issue on newly firmware,from this version https://github.com/greatscottgadgets/hackrf/releases/tag/v2026.01.1 , it must updating the hackrf tools if user want to upgrade the firmware to the latest version , this is the note from this version To upgrade to this release, you must update libhackrf and hackrf-tools on your host computer. You must also update firmware on your HackRF.
