Summary	0009592: nikto doesn't install nikto.pl
Description	Latest nikto version doesn't install the nikto.pl file, so, no actual program found after the installation. `❯ nikto /usr/bin/nikto: 5: exec: /var/lib/nikto/nikto.pl: not found`
