When trying to install Kali Linux by a USB Installation media in a MAC PRO Notebook, version 1708, Kali install goes fine until disk partition.
By the moment of partman runs, its start and come to 56% of installation. Since that it stays as freeze (stop at 56%).
Tryed several ways to install as graphic install, expert install, command line terminal install, etc but nothing happens.
Run GPART by a live media and did manually the partitions definition (keep only EFI preserved).
The same result, always.
I gave up and install Ubuntu (runs ok) and, today, Parrot.
Everything is fine
I really do not believe that Parrot install can do it better than Kali.
