I forgot to mention: It is the package for armhf, which is 32-bit. For arm64 legba is existent. I need it for my Raspberry Pi 2 B+, which is 32-bit.
Best solution for 32-bit might be, either to add the package for armhf or remove the depencency in kali-linux-everything. However, I am sure you will choose the best solution.

Thanks for the report, that should be fixed in kali-linux-everything2026.3.9, it should hit the repo in a few hours. I removedlegba` from the dependencies.
