Title: GSA 28.3.0 login fails with "Cannot connect to server" on Kali Rolling

After updating Kali Rolling, the Greenbone Security Assistant (GSA) web interface loads successfully, but logging in fails with the error message:

"Cannot connect to server"

Installed package versions:

• greenbone-security-assistant: 28.3.0-0kali1
• gsad: 24.16.0-1
• gvmd: 26.24.0-1

Observed behavior:

• The GSA login page loads successfully.
• Login fails with "Cannot connect to server".
• The login request is marked as "Failed" in the browser developer tools.
• No obvious errors appear in the systemd logs.

Suspected cause:

GSA 28.3.0 was recently introduced into Kali Rolling, while gsad remains at version 24.16.0.

This may indicate a compatibility issue between the new GSA frontend and the older gsad backend.
