Summary | 0005674: Installing fuse results in a configuration error in its post-install script
Description | Attempting to install fuse (2.9.9-1) results in an error with its post installation script, more info in this thread https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=935885 and it seems to have been fixed in 2.9.9-2 but when attempting to install fuse it just goes for 2.9.9-1 Sorry if this is the wrong place or something, but is it possible to have the default for the fuse package updated to -2?
I seem to be running into this as well... |
fuse 2.9.9-2 just reached kali-rolling. Can you confirm that it's fixed ? |
I confirm that I saw this issue earlier this week. Testing now to see if it's fixed. |
Confirmed fixed. PXE boot using kali mirrors in the preseed correctly configures fuse and goes on to complete a stable install of Kali. Thank you very much. |
