Please paste the output of the command: « dpkg -l | grep -E 'blue[tz]|pipewire|wireplumber|pulse' ». That will help to make sure that all the required packages are installed.

Please paste the output of the command « ps -fp $(pgrep wire) ». That will help to confirm that the right services are running.

Please also confirm that you installed Kali version 2023.2, is it correct? Do you use the default XFCE desktop ? Or GNOME ? Or KDE ? Thanks.
