Description

im using kali in vmware while i try to play any song or video it makes cracking sound im trying all roubleshootings as much as i can still i cant figure solution please give me solution asap.

You already reported it at https://bugs.kali.org/view.php?id=8339 - please do not double post.

There will be no solution coming from the sky. You have to look in the logs, find error messages related to audio. Leave a shell open with sudo journalctl -f, do you see logs at the moment when the sound is cracking? As long as I don't have logs, there's nothing I can do. If I have useful logs, maybe that can steer us in the right direction, help us understand what is the issue. Even in this case, there's probably little I can do.
