Summary	0001108: gnome-screenshot doesn't save screenshots
Description	gnome-screenshot, by default, doesn't save screenshots.
Steps To Reproduce	press PrtSc and nothing be saved
Additional Information	it may be corrected by set default directory in gsettings: mkdir ~/screenshot gsettings set "org.gnome.gnome-screenshot" "auto-save-directory" "file:///home/$USER/screenshot"

archangel.amael 2014-03-27 11:57 reporter ~0001644	Using Kali-Linux 1.0.6 64bit gnome screenshot saves the picture under / Try looking there OP. Root's "home" should be located at /root and all images should by default go there.
