CouchDB service should be blocked/blacklisted by sysvinit.

Steps To Reproduce

apt-get install couchdb

[...]
Setting up couchdb (1.2.0-5) ...
update-rc.d: We have no instructions for the couchdb init script.
update-rc.d: It looks like a non-network service, we enable it.
[ ok ] Starting database server: couchdb.
[...]

service couchdb status

Apache CouchDB is running as process 4824, time to relax.

netstat -tulpan | grep 4824

tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:5984 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 4824/beam.smp
