Summary0001319: Mantis bug tracker doesn't accept 2 consecutive minus signs when adding a note
Description

When you try to add note if it contains 2 consecutive minus signs, when you click "add note" it will redirect you to the main page but your note won't be posted.

Steps To Reproduce

Go ahead and try to add a note here that contains 2 consecutive minus signs. You will be redirected to the main page, then come here again to see if your note was finally added or not.

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
