PlatformSamsung Chromebook Series 3OSKali LinuxOS Version1.0.6a
Product Version1.0.6
Summary0001433: Journal commit I/O error
Description

I have kali installed on a 16GB flash drive. Sometimes it boots up just fine and other times it fails to boot at all. When it does boot, the kali linux scripts are missing. I open the terminal and then all the icons turn into red X's and the terminal displays kernal: journal commit I/O error and then the gui crashes. I have not been able to fix it. This has not happened to me on any other version of kali linux for the samsung chromebook except 1.0.6a.

Steps To Reproduce

Image installed using dd on a 16GB flash drive.
