Summary0001960: google-nexus-tools should include newer ADB
Description

Update ADB for ARM from current 1.0.26 to 1.0.31
The old version prevents RSA authorization prompt from appearing on Android devices.

Recommended fix: Recompile ADB and fastboot for ARM.

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
