Summary0002275: bashrc was not copied in installation kali mini without kali tools
Description

I installed kali from kali mini without kali tools. the bashrc was not copied. I had to issue "cp /etc/skel/.bashrc ~/" manually, then everything worked.

Is perhaps something missing in an installation script?

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
