Summary0002312: OpenVAS permissions can not be created
Description

After the latest update of Kali Linux, OpenVAS has benn updated to OpenVAS 8. Now permissions can not be created anymore since no user or role can be chosen, The drop-down list stays empty.

Steps To Reproduce

Configuration -> Permissions -> New Permission

Additional Information

I have not tried a new installation yet, but just an existing one that has been upgraded.

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
