Summary | 0002548: Kali 2.0 Surface Pro 2 Wifi Issue
Description | Ill re submit this bug in the hope it does get addressed. Wifi networks show up but when you connect to one and enter in the wifi key a few seconds later the window re appears as if the wifi key is incorrect. Tested this on a few access points and same issue. Marvell Avastar 350n (chip is 88w8797) with integrated bluetooth This is also a bug with Ubuntu 15.04 but in the case of Ubuntu you can connect to a network however after a few packets have been transferred over wifi the whole system hangs. I think it has something to do with the Marvell driver being part of the kernel or something like that, in the old Kali the wifi adapter was not detected and had to be installed from git://git.marvell.com/mwifiex-firmware.git and worked without issue.
Steps To Reproduce | Connect to wifi network
