After the tool get up to 18,700,000 Passwords its stuck and the PC works very slowly.

This was the command: pyrit -i Desktop/list.txt import_passwords

hi
during this big process , your CPU and GPU are very hot!!!
and they are down they clock frequently(Hz) for cooling Himself !!!
if a processor down her clock frequently , it's get slow!
you can replace your Thermal Paste on your processor...
sorry for my bad English... :(
