Summary	0002668: apt-get update and upgrade not complete
Description	with new installed kali, I change the sources.list: Kali Regular repositories deb http://ftp.hands.com/kali kali main non-free contrib deb http://ftp.hands.com/kali-security kali/updates main contrib non-free Kali Source repositories deb-src http://ftp.hands.com/kali kali main non-free contrib deb-src http://ftp.hands.com/kali-security kali/updates main contrib non-free and run update command, it say: W: Failed to fetch http://ftp.hands.com/kali-security/dists/kali/updates/main/binary-amd64/Packages Hash Sum mismatch E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead. after, run upgrade and try to install software-center but can't I had try with 5-6 mirror, reinstall kali many times but can't fix it

rhertzog 2015-09-17 09:26 administrator ~0004009	Sorry I can't reproduce the issue with that mirror. Note that "kali" as distribution name points to Kali 1.1, not Kali 2.0.
