Description | non-root user tried to connect modem, but in step create node device /dev/ttyUSB16 was Error occured. With notification "Failed to create device node /dev/ttyUSB16" and will not connected. In /var/log/syslog this is some information : Nov 1 19:00:09 unknown kernel: [ 4054.624216] usb-storage 1-1:1.0: USB Mass Storage device detected | ||||

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x), these legacy versions are no longer supported. Please could you see if you are able to replicate this issue with the latest version of Kali Linux - https://www.kali.org/downloads/)? If you are still facing the same problem, feel free to re-open the ticket.
