Description	what dedcription here...? my machine..? HP Pavilion 23 All-in-One g135x RAM 8 Gb
Steps To Reproduce	when I click "settings", "network", "wifi" and I click on the "use as hotspots" ... suddenly Hangs or completely freezes, there is nothing I can do except press the power button ...

In that case, please try to provide more details about your wifi card, the firmware in use if any, etc. Try to gather kernel logs of the crash (possibly forwarding the logs over network to another machine for this purpose).
