i did apt-get update ....its runs fine ..but apt-get dist-upgrade making issues

need help pls

i did apt-get update like fifty times it works fine ..but apt-get dist-upgrade doesnt
i tried using thing this way ...still nothing happens

This was likely a temporary problem with the kali.mirror.garr.it mirror.
