Summary	0003291: favorite applications accesibles with screen locked
Description	The favorite applications bar is accesible with session locked screen. This applications may be executed with locked screen.
Steps To Reproduce	Locked screen with a non root session
Additional Information	Testing this with different users, changing from user1 to root and then to user1 again, the system is blocked. Black screen with no options. The system is upgraded, updated and dist-upgraded just before of this test. Tested in a VM with enought system resources avalaibles [sorry for my bad english]
