Summary0003403: vboxdrv missing
Description

I've been trying to install virtualbox (tried vmware too) for the last couple days, but everytime i open it(through terminal) it says :"WARNING: The character device /dev/vboxdrv does not exist.
Please install the virtualbox-dkms package and the appropriate
headers, most likely linux-headers-686.

You will not be able to start VMs until this problem is fixed."

However, virtualbox-dkms and linux-headers are installed( I removed them and installed again and it didn't work)
The manager opens, but if i try to open any VM,as it says in between quotes,I can't run them,a it tells me to do "modprobe vboxdrv" and it then says that there is no vboxdrv

Steps To Reproduce

apt-get install virtualbox
virtualbox
modprobe vboxdrv

Is your system up-to-date (apt update && apt full-upgrade)?

What kernel are you running (uname -a)?
Do you have linux-headers-686 installed?
Can you paste the logs of when you install virtualbox-dkms?
Please run "modinfo vboxdrv" after having intsalled virtualbox-dkms and show me the output.
