| Summary | 0003411: w3af freezes always: force quit dialogue | ||||
| Description | Intel Core i3, 8GB RAM, no firmware issues. Profile selection, as well as tests chosen, matter not. Always freezes at 6.18 seconds until a force quit/wait box pops up. The unresponsive condition repeats regardless of wait/force quit choice. Saw that this has been reported on other forums numerous times. Command line w3af works fine. What do we need to resolve to get w3af-GUI working correctly? | ||||

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x), these legacy versions are no longer supported. Please could you see if you are able to replicate this issue with the latest version of Kali Linux - https://www.kali.org/downloads/)? If you are still facing the same problem, feel free to re-open the ticket. If you choose to do this, could you provide more information to the issue you are facing,and also give information about your setup? |
