Summary0003448: dell venue 11 pro 7140 cannot shutdown and reboot
Description

I boot the 2016.1-ver kali on my dell venue 11 pro tablet. Everything works great except shutdown and reboot. Everytime I shutdown the system by command "shutdown -h now" or click the shutdown button, it seems like just closing the desktop and end at some sort of log console. And I cannot input anything, so I have to press the power button for 20 secs to power off my tablet.

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
