Summary0003560: When using any user other than root it locks up/pegged CPU Usage
Description

fresh install of kali 2016.2, i log in and CPU starts screaming, verify and have 1 or 2 CPU's sometimes 3 cycling 100% usage.

Login with any user other than root, and open terminal and entire system locks up, have to hard shutdown (power button 10s)

As i type this i have 2 cores pegged at 100%

Steps To Reproduce

login and cpu starts slaying away

login and open terminal and try to navigate

Well, this is clearly not reproducible for us and for the vast majority of users. There must be something specific about your config. But you are not providing any element to help us find out what is problematic...

You could for example have a look at "top" and tell us which process is taking all the CPU... you could also share the output of "dmesg" and "journalctl" to see if we have any error significant error message.
