Summary0003569: Unable to set Static IP in NetworkManager GUI
Description

When ever you try to set a static in a new profile NetworkManager closes when you enter the first digit of the last octet whether you start at the gateway or the address. As soon as you type the first digit the Address box and the gateway box are outlined in red.

Static IP can be set via CLI, provided you turn off 'connect automatically' for any profiles in networkmanager, as leaving that checked the NIC loses it static IP and tries to find a DHCP server.
