Summary | 0003589: androguard package should depend on, or recommend, python-pyside
Description | I noticed that python-pyside is already on Suggests. This is a request to either place it on Recommends or Depends. I am able to install the androguard tool, but when I run androgui (the reason I installed androguard), it complains that it can't find PySide (ImportError: No module named PySide). Even though androguard's other tools may work without it, I believe that androguard should have a stronger dependency on python-pyside, or androgui should be split out to a different package, suggested by this one and depending on python-pyside. The only repo I can find is on Debian. Should I post this to Debian instead?

If you choose to do this, could you provide more information to the issue you are facing, and also give information about your setup? |
